Our target market covers the entire UK, with asset values between £100k and £5m.
Develop
We locate, appraise, negotiate, and acquire sites to develop residential property. Our focus is predominately on building residential properties on land with pre-approved planning permission, large- and small-scale renovations, and the repositioning of existing properties to residential. Our target market is London, South East, and the Midlands, with a Gross Development Value of up to £7m.
Manage
Post investment and development, we undertake long-term stakeholder management and asset optimisation. Our services include itemised or full tenancy management and ongoing maintenance and repair. We cover the full range of residential property from individual properties to full block management, spanning the entire UK market.
